Sunday 31st December
We would like to wish all of our friends and visitors to our site, a very Happy New Year. As website updates goes, this hasn't been the most 'active' of years as we simply haven't had much to write about. There has been a distinct lack of action on the dog show front sadly due in part to health issues for both Dave and I. We hope to get out and about a bit more in 2018 however, and look forward to introducing some new youngsters to the show scene :o) As quiet as 2017 has been, Rafferty still managed to add a further 3 CC's, 3 Best of Breeds and another RCC to his tally and we only went to six shows! So incredibly proud of him and his achievements.
We hear that moves are afoot to improve the way the breed is perceived in the UK! Interesting! I am sure that the breed is perceived just fine, it will be the people that are the problem we suspect. Perhaps if you are the type of person that likes to whisper in corners, or to take the mickey out of people or their dogs, then it will not create the nicest atmosphere! It should not take much to improve this situation as long as people are able to act as adults and are able to recognise that they are part of the problem. Time indeed will tell ...

Thursday 28th December
Apologies for long delay in updates and photos. Tiredness has set in :o) So glad, though, to announce that Bessie has had her babies too so we certainly had a full house for Christmas this year! Both Mum and babies (six puppies, 3 girls + 3 boys) are all doing really well. I have at last added some photos of both sets of puppies. Go to the Current Litters page to view and click to enlarge them. Inka's pups are are now 2,5 weeks and are up and walking about with their eyes open and growing at a rate of knots. Tomorrow we will be starting weaning so that should be fun ;o) More soon ....
Please note that we have a almost to be six month old puppy dog available to the very best home. Super boy, gentle temperament, liver and white. Please contact us if you are looking for an older puppy to join your family. :o)
Wednesday 13th December
Inka has had her babies :o) Born on Monday - nine puppies. Six girls and three boys, all liver and white. Mum and babies doing well. More photos to follow soon. We have a new computer and learning a new 'system' is proving taxing! Uploading and cropping photos is rather beyond us at the moment. Sigh....! Photo on the Welcome page is a bit of a strange colour too. Double sigh!!
Thursday 23rd November
More good news that Bessie is also expecting puppies at the end of December. A very busy Christmas it will be here. We have updated the Current Litters page with details :o)
No show news for us still but to mention that Pepe has continued his incredible run in New Zealand, gaining sufficient CC's for his Grand Champion title. Fantastically good considering he has only been there for eight months. Well done Peps and congratulations to Nigel and Robynne.
Sunday 19th November
Great news that our Spanish girl, Inka is expecting her first litter with us next month. Thank you to her breeder, Elena for this opportunity. Please see more details on the Current Litters page.
Also, unexpectedly we have a puppy boy available of 19 weeks. He is fully vaccinated, house trained, pet passported and rabies vaccinated. Not to mention that he is a super, loving and very handsome boy with the sweetest temperament. Please contact if you might be interested in him rather than a baby puppy.
